Are you the one we are looking for Apply now We are inviting applications for the role of SM, Master Data Management We are looking for a MDM Specialist who will work closely with various stake holders to understand MDM reporting requirement and to develop POWER BI Reports. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to MDM domain.- Preparing PowerBI reports based on MDM requests from different data domains, Adhoc request and daily activities.
- Request gathering, analysing request and providing the solutions
- Perform all activities on periodic basis to meet the SLA & TAT and report out to client and internal stake holders (Ex: Monthly, quarterly and yearly) ensuring activities completed within agreed time and of highest quality and ensuring metrics met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable.
- Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc.
- Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc.
- Become the go-to SME and proactive contributor on domain / process knowledge
- Plan, perform, and implement process and data improvement initiatives.
- Consolidate roadmaps, business requirements, project schedules/deliverables, meeting minutes, action plans and status reporting for all requirements to Master Data Management tower
- Have a complete clarity and understanding of each single activity assigned
- Handle day to day normal communications (over emails) / explaining issues over email and during calls
- Collaborate with data stewards for developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures for all Data Master hierarchies and categories
- Work cohesively with remote teams
- Expert communication skills, team player and sound knowledge in excel.
- Ready to stretch during project deliveries.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Experience in ERP (SAP / S4 HANA) environment will be an advantage.
- Manage client expectations.
- Provide direction and mentorship to team members, measure and report on process for TL
- Take part & support Transitions and ensure First Time Right .
- Addressing ad-hoc queries, collaborating closely with entities, banner controllers, participate in governance meetings with customers, internal partners & support teams.
- Determine all tasks to be completed and maintain key report outs to internal as well client-side stake holders
- Graduate or equivalent, MBA (finance full time with only good institute)
- Domain knowledge Master Data Management
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and technical aptitude.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of energy & execution and client connect experience is a Must
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Expert level PowerBI / SQL/ Excel skills ex: using functions, shortcuts, complex formula writing
- Good understanding of ERP systems etc.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good accounting concepts
- Good interpersonal skills
