We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, RPA Project Manager
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project Manager will be an integral part of our RPA development teams. You will be identifying and implementing automation solutions. You should have a minimum 3 project implementations as Technical Project manager and have an understanding of end to end process
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will own activities which includes:
- Delivery Management : Delivery management ranging from creation of SOW to sign- off on the final delivery
- Project Plan: Build and lead project as per project management plan ensuring project objectives and project charter are met
- Project Schedule: Build project schedule, define project landmarks and acceptance criteria for each landmark
- Project Health: Responsible for overall health of the project including schedule, cost and quality
- Project Constrains: Actively highlight risks to management by handling project constraints and dependencies, and highlighting the potential impact
- Project AOI: Handle project AOI as per defined organization standards Conduit between the customer (internal and external) and the development team through which requirements flow
- Team Management: Team formation and management including resume profiling, training and mentoring resources, work allocation and tracking to prevent schedule deviations, quality baseline deviations
- Quality Management and Best Practices Adoption: Ensure project is delivered as per base lined quality standards. Ensuring reusability and adoption of the best architectural, design and coding practices
- Technical Reviews and troubleshooting: You will install and setup platform in different environments; lead and participate in architecture, design and code reviews for major modules and deliveries, along with contributing in troubleshooting efforts
- Organizational Activities: Participation in RFPs, demos and presentations, conduct Interviews, participate and conduct trainings
