Job Description

Assistant Vice President, Technical Product Lead In this role you will lead a product development and roll out for which conceptualization / conceptualisation is in progress. You will have to bring a fresh opinion basis the hands-on experience and market trends on usage of AI, Machine Learning, Decision bots, Robotic process automation, NLP etc which helps in enabling the next-gen technologies required to run the Genpact s and clients operations. The role encompasses planning, forecast, project management, resource allocation/ management, budget allocation/utilization and benefit realization You would require to understand the way integrations need to be planned across various data sources on to new product platform to enable the seamless experience for end user. This also requires having a good hold on how to handle the data quality, integrity and consistency You will be the technical Domain specialist for various technologies including Microsoft, Java, Oracle by using MS Azure and / or AWS cloud.   • Own the end to end delivery of the Product from the understanding the business need, finding right solution, testing and implementing this as per the Genpact guidelines
  • Follow Agile model, tools and frameworks, to deliver repeatable long-term solutions as per the need
  • Run programs using the best Agile practices for initiating, planning, and executing intermediate-to-large scale cross - functional critical modules
  • See the big picture of the new product initiative and ensure processes scale appropriately with the organization and be a change agent to drive these organizational changes.
  • Communicate progress across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior leadership across IT and business.
  • Interact with global operations partners to capture requirements, discuss solutions, taking care of project issue and the resolutions
  • Participation in Leadership reviews
  • Provide weekly/ daily/monthly reports as project demand
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
  • Bachelors/ Master of Technology / MBA
Preferred qualifications
  • Extensive industry experience with technical background and robust hands-on product development experience; having worked with multiple scrum teams using Agile
  • Excellent people, interpersonal, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver in a matrix organization
  • Ability to work with key business partners, architecture and data teams, requirement gathering and solution teams to build a product road map with more focus on building product development road map (design, build, test and deploy)
  • Demonstrable ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key partners; mobilize and empower teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with patience; execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive relationships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of sophisticated programs.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly across all levels, focusing on critical few key points.
  • Should have ability to adapt rapidly to changing dynamics of business partner expectations.
  • Validated ability in unearthing issues and leading risks in the program
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including business writing and presentations
  • PMI/ PMP Certification, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP ), Certified
