Coordination with the Customer, Banker and Registration Department for Registration. Achieving individual collection target. Maintaining proper documentation and ERP communication tracking record of each and every Customer. Coordinate with Bank and bankers for Loan from Processing, Sanctioning till disbursement. Coordination with various departments for documents, plan correction, stage wise completion status report etc. till handing over as per the customers requirements and needs. Communication to Customers on every stage of construction and achieving Individual Collection target.
