Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Order Management Handle and own complete order fulfillment process B2C, B2B, Amazon Fulfillment
Order Fulfillment Ensuring fulfillment of orders within SLA, ship cost optimization, fulfillment reconciliation, coordinating with 3PL partner
Inventory Management Inventory reconciliation, Inventory activation across all online platform, Internal transfers, Inventory analytics, Safety stock planning
Procurement/Manufacturing Coordinating with manufacturer for production SLAs & open POs, Production planning, Freight booking and coordination, Coordinate QC during production, Maintaining WIP inventory count, Vendor Management
Returns Defining returns process & training 3PL partners, Returns repacking, Spares material planning and reordering, ensuring returns are processed within SLAs
Reporting/Analytics - Shipping cost analysis, Fulfillment cost analysis, Comparing fulfillment data and approving 3PL, carrier invoices, Identify and suggest new fulfillment strategies to optimize cost & increase service levels to customer
Systems & IT:- Should have worked on ERP & have advanced Microsoft Excel understanding, Experience of working with BI tools would be plus

• Must have understanding of Logistics & shipping processes(Mandatory).
  
• General accounting understanding.
  
• Data analysis experience.
  
• Experience and understanding of ERP systems (Odoo Preferred, any other would also do)
  
• Advanced MS Excel understanding is a must have.
  
• Ability to work quickly with an appropriate sense of urgency & efficiency.
  
• Ability to work independently at times under minimal supervision.
  
• Must be a strong communicator with great attention to detail.
  
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or related area.
  
• Previous experience with reporting platforms.
  
• Familiar with Jira or Confluence project management a plus.
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible working hours(overlap with US timing)
