Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience: 8+ Years
Job Location: Gurgaon
Manage all the accounting-related tasks of the company
Communication and management of bank-related tasks of the company
Computation of Tax deduction and payment of taxes to the government
GST computation and payment
Assisting in finalization of accounts, Tax Audit, GST Audit, etc.
Generating Proforma and Final Invoice for all projects as per request from Sales Team
Prepare various MIS reports for Senior Management
Manage Employee expenses and debit voucher management
Issue Outgoing Purchase Order for all Projects
Vendor Invoices and Payment Management
Check and reconcile vendor ledgers and statements
Tally Entry, Inflow, outflow
Skills Required:
Experience in handling import export documentation from accounts side.
Bank Reconciliation.
Visiting banks for formalities.
Males Preferred.
