You will be responsible for own the Functional testing for Fusion, HRMS and other HR application. You will be working actively with internal / external partners to meet the end objective of Quality Assurance You will have tremendous opportunities learning by have exposure to latest applications and organization workflow. Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze system specification
  • Collaborate with Developers and PM for effective process and test plans
  • Implement test cases (Manual or Automated) and analyse the results, it will include all application under HR track.
  • Evaluate product code according to specification
  • Build log to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help solving issues
  • Conduct Post-release / post- implementation testing
  • Work with multi-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development cycle
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications B.TECH (Information Technology)Preferred qualifications
  • Understanding and validated expertise of Functional Testing of all HR Applications
