Come, be a part of our exciting journeyAre you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role ofSenior Manager, Roche Test Lead As a Test Lead for a PVAI client, you will be responsible for building and leading the Testing needs for the client. The position aims to build the best in class testing capability that provides rigorous and efficient testing services to all controlled delivery for the client within the PVAI organization, ensuring that PVAI is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets client requirements. Responsibilities As a Senior Manger-Test Lead, your responsibilities includes- Build a center of perfection for testing, through identification, planning and implementation of standard methodologies, tools and processes. Monitor regulations and industry standard methodology and ensure that tools and processes evolve and remain outstanding.
- Work with global Project Managers to ensure testing activities across Client Implementation projects are correctly planned and define/review the scope of testing within the context of each project.
- Proactively estimate and plan testing resources across projects and work with management to acquire the same.
- Create and maintain a coordinated activity and resource plan for the testing services team across all projects. Proactively raise and aim to solve issues related to resource contention and activity conflicts with the team.
- Plan all verification activities / deliverables for Genpact PVAI applications, including Verification plan, Traceability, Test scripts and Verification report. Ensure that test scripts and conditions give the accurate test coverage against appropriate number of manageable test cases, and the scripts/scenarios are optimally structured and managed.
- Lead, guide and supervise the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.
- Responsible for Computer Systems Validation of Genpact PVAI and ensure compliance to 21 CFR Part 11
- Responsible for supervising the defects, test results and other quality control data for analysis and follow-up actions
- Recognize when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, plan the effort, select the tools, and ensure training of the team.
- Work with the Compliance function to advise on the performance of the quality management system and identify improvements where appropriate.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
- Good in Computer System Validation in Pharma GxP environment.
- Specialist in software testing -Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, Stress, User Acceptance and Release Management).
- Exposure to end to end testing and production validation across platforms in a fast-paced environment Experience in cost Model creation and management
