Are you the one we are looking for We are inviting applications for the role of SM, Python Developer In this role, you are encouraged to be responsible for building and visualizing various offerings as requested by the clients on a periodic basis. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement. Responsibilities The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide mentorship to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.- Develop Quick Process Automations (QPAs) using one of the following platforms - VBA, Java, Python.
- Identify and understand improvement opportunities (complexity, times of development, dependencies, etc.).
- You will perform Java application details crafted and develop software support for assigned modules and deliver coordinated software items and software systems. Need to conduct code reviews using Code Collaborator.
- Designs end to end solution architecture and guide development teams in sophisticated requirements while doing hands on development work as well
- Develop Quick Process Automations (QPAs) using VBA, MS Office pack, Java, SQL, C#, Python.
- Closely works with SW designers, different partners on their requirements and converts these into solutions
- Build appropriate project documentation and train operations team on how to use the developed tool.
- Proactive to identify workarounds, fix bugs, implement changes and come up with out of the box solutions
- Manage project delivery throughout entire lifecycle: analyze, plan, design, build, test, deploy, maintain
- Conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations.
- Self-driven, being able to work independently and take the project to completion with minimum supervision.
- Self-learner, self-starter, reach out to colleagues when you cannot find a solution
- BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc
- Relevant work experience (Knowledge of Java , VBA, ++, C#, XML, SQL/DB skills)
- Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Effective communicate in writing and verbally to senior management.
- Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.
- Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills
- Ability to balance customer governance meetings
- Good conceptual knowledge and experience in other BI tools is an added advantage
- Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
- Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
- Good people and customer handling skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
