Salary - Upto 10 LPA can applyBusiness Development is core to growing business via Buyers on Udaan. This team is responsible for the business growth of Udaan and our buyer partners. The team drives product adoption and evolution to ensure Udaan becomes relevant and the obvious choice for trade to all businesses in that category. In this role you will be the face of Udaan to all our buyers. TDE - (Training Development Executive)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Own up the productivity and effectiveness of FOS and TL on the job, identify gaps in their daily execution. Train and develop the ground team to be more effective
- Analyse the improvement areas from Buyer growth/GMV/ Product mix and enable the FOS to achieve their targets
- Own up the City targets along with with the Demands team by constantly studying data and creating tools to achieve the targeted numbers
- Design the structure of Capability building programs by structured calendering and proactive problem solving
- Own up all FOS and TL issues and being their problem solver to ensure the business priorities
Play a pivotal role in building the right execution capabilities in city teams to do their jobs well
-Make and train teams on functional and soft skills
