About the role:
Business Development is core to growing business via Buyers on Udaan. This team is responsible for the business growth of Udaan and our buyer partners. The team drives product adoption and evolution to ensure Udaan becomes relevant and the obvious choice for trade to all businesses in that category. In this role you will be the face of Udaan to all our buyers. SOL (Sales and Operations Lead)RTO

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own up the BUyer agenda and be the problem solver for all buyer related issues
- analysis / Predict the problem areas using data and work on measures to improve the buyer performance on absolute numbers, ABS, SKUs
- ANalyse data effectively and help the demand team by providing suggestions and solutions from achieving the buyer targets and overall business priorities
- Own up business Performance/Deliverables for the city by working in coordination with the Demand LEad and the FOS/TL
Act as a bridge between Biz Ops and City Team
-Accountable for controlling- RVP, RTO, RA
-Accountable for utilization, control, and scale-up of Buyer Credit
-Set systems to handle Buyer grievances
-Responsible for the right service to buyers from every aspect- Order Taking, Delivery, Credit, Listing errors, etc.
