Work Location : CHENNAI - KILPAUK GARDEN ROAD

EXP : 2 to 10 yrs

Skills :

  • EXP with desire to Excel in Recruitment Field is MUST.
  • EXP in understanding different IT SKILLS is MUST
  • Hands-on EXP into FTE (PERMANENT) and / or C2H (contract)is MUST.
  • Sourcing and Recruiting through various channels - Like Job Portals, Social Media etc.,
  • Dedicated to achieve the desired result.
  • Good communication and Attitude to LEARN is BIG PLUS.
  • GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to EXCEL into CORPORATE FIELD.
  • No BPO.
  • No Night Shift.

Required Candidate profile


  • Hands-on EXP into PERMANENT and/or C2H is MUST.
  • EXP in Social Media hiring, Passive hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, Referencing, Head hunting, experience on Sourcing, Client handling, Client Meeting and End to End Recruitment.
  • Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search.
  • Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
  • Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Ideally looking for Lively, young, energetic, smart personality, who has a passion, a willingness to "achieve something in Life". A go-Getter, assertive, extrovert, fearless.
