Job Description

Our Treasury team play an active part in creating a positive energy and atmosphere and seeking out someone who has strong teamwork skills. We are seeking a highly-skilled Business Intelligence Analyst (From NBFC/BFSI background) to join our Business Excellence Unit team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor competition and market to provide insights on market activities, competition behavior and convert into Competitive Intelligence and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Derive insights out of Industry /research reports, news feed, earnings calls etc to gather market intelligence and keep senior management updated on the same.
- Regularly attend Industry conferences, seminars, webinars etc. to gather insights on Market and industry conditions
- Define benchmarks for various financial and operation metrics and help institutionalize the same across functions and hierarchy to help Fedfina become a mid-size NBFC.
- Participate in engagements with Business teams to enhance TAT, customer experience and Product superiority.
- Contribute in designing and development of processes to capture customer feedback which will accurately measure NPS at business as well as entity level.
- Actively participate in initiatives identifying opportunities for automation in business processes to improve reach and efficiency of sales teams through process improvement, technology and re-engineering etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate Investor/lender communications through Investor presentations, lenders deck, press releases etc.
- Prepare management presentations and dashboards as and when required.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification MBA(Finance) with at least 2 years of experience in Analytics function of any Indian Bank/HFC/ NBFC handling retail asset products (Mortgage/ Personal Loan/Auto Loan/ Consumer Durable Loans)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence and drive outcomes.
- Strong networking & inter-personal skills
- Good knowledge Finance, Industry and Market conditions.
- Ability to understand a problem statement and implement analytical solutions independently
- Expert level proficiency in MS Office tool
