Job Title- Cloud Services Engineer
Job Location: Gurgaon
About Team:
- The job requires you to work closely with Cloud Service Management, Applications, Incidentsand Infra support groups while planning and executing different Service Requests for hosted applications.
- This job is a perfect opportunity for candidates who want to get exposure to IoT and Cloud domains and want to explore their knowledge as IoT-Cloud consultant
Day-To-Day:
- This is customer facing role that involves interaction with the customer for SR execution
- Pro-active maintenance
- New service provisioning
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- 24 x 7 work environment
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience of IoT Platform Thingworx, Axeda, IOT Hub
- Awareness/Experience of Public Cloud like Azure or AWS, Google
- Working knowledge of Linux
- Awareness/Experience using a Ticketing System like Salesforce or Service Now
- Strong diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills
- Good understanding of web technologies like Apache
- Experience with a scripting language like Bash, Perl
- Experience with basic JAVA, Javascript, JSP
