The incumbent should be a Qualified Charted Accountant with minimum of 3 - 4 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts at Manufacturing Industry.
Objective of the position: This role will be responsible for Unit level General Ledger responsibility (Multiple units) reporting to CFO.

Job Description:
1. Complete responsibility of R2R process of all units
2. Timely preparation of Entity / Unit level MIS as per scheduled frequency
3. Management reports / generation of exceptional reports
4. Monitoring Inter Unit reco and validating revenue / expense provison
5. Monitoring CWIP & Fixed Asset capitalization on completion of project
6. Monthly Accounting of Depreciation
7. Managing AP / AR & Banking Team
8. Conversant to Direct & Indirect taxes and other statutory corporate applicable laws
9. Analyze ageing of GL open items & cleansing
10. Making daily dashboard comprising of indicators / deliverables
11. Collaborating with all stakeholders for Budgeting process
12. Budgetary control validation / Budget Vs PO & Budget Vs Actuals utilization reporting
13. Purchase Order / Expense accounting validation on parameters wrt Budget codes
14. Cost reduction stints on high value spends and drive ops team for cost optimisation
15. Conversant to IndAS and support team for FS preparation
16. Prepare consolidation of financial statements as per CA2013
17. Prepare reports for Board Meeting
18. Support Tax Audit / Cost Audit / Business Responsibility Reporting / Secretarial Audit / Internal Finance Controls / Corporate Social Responsibility audits
19. Support on Annual Report preparation
20. Co-ordinate with IA team for its completion and monitoring Action Taken report on observations
21. Co-ordinate with Auditors for timely completion of audit without qualifications
22. Co-ordinate for physical verification of Inventory / Fixed Assets
23. Validation on stock statements / CMA / FFR to Bankers
