Cloud Operations Engineer (AWS) @ Talent Corner Hr

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure service availability to customers as per the SLA.
• Interact with customers for request and incident management.
• Monitor & Optimize the performance using AWS dashboards and logs
• Plan & execute software upgrades in coordination with the development and support teams.
• Develop, maintain, and drive a culture of continuous enhancement for a robust knowledge management system for Cloud Operations.
• Provide input to project teams, including determining development and deployment strategies, including code management, continuous integration, and other aspects of Dev Ops.
• Maintain and improve operational procedures on failure management, monitoring, preventative maintenance, expansions, and upgrades.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, HTTPS)
• Good knowledge of Web Applications (Tomcat, MySQL, HTTPS)
• Good knowledge in AWS Cloud (WAF, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Load balancer, S3, EC3)
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Preferred AWS certification

Required Skills

• B.Tech/B.E/M.E/MCA in CS/IT/ECE
• Keen to work in development and production operations supporting a high available SaaS or cloud operation.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills.
