Sound communication skills
Prior experience in L1/ L2 support role dealing with Financial Services/ Banking/ Portfolio applications
Should have sound knowledge of SQL
Should be well versed with the Prod Support concepts
Help resolve questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
Should be able to connect with developers and make them understand users problem statement
Should have knowledge for Incident Management tool like Service-Now and Remedy
