Responsibilities
- To understand the project design, project workflow, project administration & design detailing, and prepare the drawings.
Qualities & skills required
Essential
- Prepare working drawings and presentation drawings
- Knowledge of site execution & services
- Expertise in using cad software
- Previous experience working in an architectural firm for a minimum of 3 to 5 years
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project
- To take responsibility for continuously updating his/her knowledge about the latest technologies, materials, Development Control Rules, Government Policies, etc.
- A highly motivated & organized individual
- Ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, lifelong learning
Desirable
- Ability to use some of the following: Photoshop, MS Office/ Open Office
