Job Description

About the Role You will be part of Cash processing team which is accountable for timely and accurate processing of cash transactions like posting internal transactions, outgoing payments and incoming payments through checks and wires. You will work in night shift (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM) including Indian holidays to ensure cash is processed real time with stringent timelines. Responsibilities

Ability to work independently, understand LoB/Asset Manager specific instructions and work accordingly.
Ability to manage inventory with efficiency and desired quality even during high volume/crisis times.
Should have zeal to take up new assignments/process, collaborate with team and successful in meeting the SLAs.
Ability to adapt to dynamic work environment and work seamlessly beyond work hours based on business need.
Demonstrate command on domain and provide direction to new team members during their learning curve.

Essential Qualifications

Master Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Any professional certification in Finance/Accounting/Economics would be a plus
Hands on experience on Advanced MS Excel. Desired Qualifications
Should possess eye for detail and prioritize deliverables thus meeting LoB expectations.
Analyst should have strong numerical and analytical skills, good articulation and out of box thinking.
Drive best practices and contribute effectively towards hard dollar saving projects.
Ability to identify process gaps/Non-Value add steps and provide mitigates.

Desired Qualifications

Should have 2 years of overall experience in Real Estate
MBA Certification level 1 will be an added advantage
