Job Role: Sales Mortgage & Business loan Distribution.
Locations: Delhi NCR
Qualification: MBA.
CTC : 3 lacs. + Incentive and reimbursements, as applicable.
Job Description (JD):
- Taking part in various marketing activities and learning innovative drives to generate business.
- Responsible for client meetings and sales of various asset products with the help of our experienced staff initially and taking it up independently after that.
- Understanding various bank products like Home Loan, Loan Against Property, and unsecured business loans and contributing to the revenue of the company.
- Learning and understanding various financial and property-related documents etc.
- Understanding the processes of the company and various banks that we work with and work in an ethical and compliant manner.
- Achieving Sales Target and developing related interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Skills:
Good Communication Skill Written and Verbal.
- Hands-on experience in excel, word, e-mails etc.
- Willing to learn and grow.
- Ambitions and focused on making a good career.
- Flexible to travel within NCR and to work a little late in month-ends.
- Punctual and Self-Motivated.
