At present, we hiring for a leading Education Company as an academic Consultant.
Field: Education. Product is a blockbuster and has shown tremendous conversion potential.
Profile: Academic Consultant (AC)
Job Location: Hyderabad, Vikhaskhapatnam, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Mumbai & Delhi
CTC- 3 LPA- 5.5 + Weekly incentives
TA & Mobile expenses will also be provided by the company.
Mandatory Requirements :
1. Must have Excellent English Communication.
2. All Candidates being uploaded henceforth need to have mandatory 2-5 Yrs of B2C/Direct Sales/Inside Sales Experience.
3. Should be willing to work with multiple sales targets.
5. Must have a Laptop and Android smartphone.
6. Must be fluent in English and local language.
7. Must be a graduate.
8. Must have a two-wheeler.
9. Must be an immediate joiner.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The selected candidates will be designated as Academic Consultants and initiating phone conversations with parents, ACS analyzes a student's need for Company and helps him/her buy the subscription.
- Need to do cold callings and Company will provide leads.
- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions
- Getting sales conversion through video calls.
- Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
- Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution
- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
