Job Description

Overseeing the production process.
Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
To Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs
Manage and develop a production team.
Maintaining production equipment.
Managing the movement of goods into and out of production facilities.
To manage production budgets and costings.
Ensuring the health and safety of all employees and visitors to the facility.
Determining quality control standards.
Conduct daily operations meetings.
Make sure that staff comply with all workplace health and safety regulations.
Knowledge of production documentation and administrative paperwork.
To Implement lean manufacturing techniques and processes.
Responsible for increasing productivity, quality performance and yield through the application of lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
In charge of controlling the production processes and leading a dedicated assembly production team.
