Designation - Freelance Non IT Recruiter
Incentives Will be paid on Weekly bases,Can earn Minumum 5000 Rs per Week bases on Joining's
Looking for IMMEDIATE JOINERS
Role & Responsibility:-
1)Understanding the manpower Requirements

2)Sourcing the relevant profiles from portals External (referral, portal and contacts)
3) Telephonically screening the sourced profiles
4) Lining up candidates according to the parameters
5) Interview coordination
6) Achieving and exceeding the set targets
7) Hiring from Pan India Location.
8 ) Should have experience NBFS/Banking/ Insurance Sales profiles Hiring and Recruitment ( Mandate )

9) Candidate should have Laptop/Desk Top with internet Connection
