Medi Assist is a third-party administrator (TPA) which provides a range of wellness programs and value-added services to corporate employees and individuals. It offers health benefits administration services including cashless claims management, reimbursements, pharmacy benefits. Medi Assist sends approval to the hospital for cashless treatment subject to terms and conditions of the policy. On discharge, the patient pays the deductibles, if any. If there are no deductions, the patient gets discharged without paying anything out of their pocket

Qualification : Min Puc & Any Graduate

Salary : Min 1.56 LPA to 2.70 LPA

Job Roles and Responsibilities :
Good in Communication, Ability to take calls.
Good in Hindi and English is mandatory
Willing to work in different shifts Morning & Afternoon Shifts (flexibility)
Calls related to Claims and Approvals, Reimbursements.
Handling customers calls and call back for complaint calls.
Responsible for attending calls & have to co-ordinate with the customers in regard.
Responsible for conducting briefing about any changes / new updates or process change from time to time
Good Communication skills for Handling Escalation Emails & Calls
Basic Insurance Knowledge
Require Good oral and written communication.
Client Management.
Ability to effectively deal with and manage stressful situation
