Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Liaising on email with internal customer care store/operations teams
Logging updates on Google Sheets pertaining to a raised ticket.
Filing claims for packages lost/ damaged in transit as communicated by the courier partners.
Maintain records of claims approved/ rejected for accounting purpose liaising with accounts teams
Escalating claims to the courier's dispute team when claims are rejected (situation based).
Coordinating with courier partners globally, DPD (UK), An Post (Ireland), DHL (Netherlands) other courier partners around the world
Working on any other Logistics related task as required by the Management.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Working on ad hoc projects
