Job Description

1. The Candidate Should be from High-end Club, Restaurant, or Catering Background.
2. The Candidate should possess excellent exposure to Corporate Sales promotions and Events.
3. The Candidate should have excellent Sales promotion abilities and ideas.
4. The Candidate should be well aware of the Restaurant Market Trends.
5. The Candidate will be responsible for the overall profitability of the Restaurant.
6. Should have prior Unit Head Experience in High-end property (Restaurant/Club/Catering).
7. Should have a minimum of 10 Years of Industry experience.
8. Should be well versed with Restaurant Operations & culture.
9. Should have the ability to adapt changes & implement the same.
10. Should create a balanced interaction with staff and Sr. Management.
11. Salary is not Bar for a good candidate.
