Job Title : Relationship Manager and Relationship Officer
Work Location : Bangalore
Experience : Min. 6 months sales experience
Age criteria : 23 Yrs
Eligibility Criteria - Any Graduation (Compulsory)
Note : Vehicle Mandatory (Two Wheeler)
Position Summary:
Lead front line sales of the company's products and services and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business targets with individual performance
Job description:
Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that made to customer.
Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the Customers and as defined by the organization.
Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities.
Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis.
Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager.
Eligibility:
6 months sales experience.
Must be graduate.
