Agile consulting team provides strategic, tactical and operational solutions around Agile Consulting and Implementation to our customers.

We seek a competency lead with following as key responsibilities
Work on key Agile Transformation projects
Demonstrate knowledge expertise in Agile Practices including SAFE , Product Organisation setup
Drive pre-sales activities and solution architecting, proactive selling, participate in customer presentation and other related to sales activities
Develop competency artifacts on new trends within Agile practices. Conceptualize and create IPs
Strive to grow the competency sales through collaboration with relationship teams / sales team and partners
Mentor team on new trends and conduct trainings
Consultant also should demonstrate capability to develop whitepapers, assessment tools, new service offerings apart from conducting webinars and workshops
Knowledge Requirement Demonstrates knowledge on the following areas .
Deep understanding of the major agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP)
Should be able to assess the Maturity level of the teams and organization, and coach the team(s) to the next higher level of maturity
Implementation of Agile Product teams
Engage the Leadership team for Agile Adoption
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, DevOps
- Knowledge of Tools like JIRA / TFS / Rally / Version One
Systems thinking approach
Good understanding of software project estimation and metrics
Worked in drafting agile contracts
