Job Description

We are hiring for a Fashion Consultant / Senior Fashion Consultant for our Stores in Mangalore, Pune, Kolhapur, Jammu, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Delhii, Noida, Ahmedabad, Trichy, Cochin, Coimbatore.

The Job Description is below:

To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
Understanding current products,
Trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed about them.
To replenish stock and ensure high quality of products and product delivery
Addressing consumer feedback and complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring that problems are addressed to the satisfaction of the client and the business.
Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
Stay up-to-date on consumer needs and operating procedures.
Be mindful of the daily revenue goals and results against them. Using correct selling strategies to ensure that they are achieved.
Ensure that both protocols and strategies are understood. To carry out work in compliance with these requirements.
Public behavior and delivery must be solely in line with business guidelines.
Opening & closing the Store according to the needs of the business, in line with Company security rules.
To carry out additional duties when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Fashion Consultant role.
