Job Description
About the Role
- SDLC Governance activities Coordinating with business and technical teams:
- Extract CR s from PAC2000 EACO reporting each day and work with IM s on the closure of the CR s so as to maintain 100% SDLC compliance
- Create minor maintenance work efforts for CR s wherever the work efforts are missing
- Follow up with IM s and QA teams to have the associated documents attached, approved CR s as well as work efforts closed within 7 days of the install
- Verify the changes in the install dates if any by reaching out to IM s via email follow ups and update the same in SDLC tracker and associated applications to ensure CR s are compliant
- Participate in Go/NOGO calls with IM s and team and share the SDLC tracker information as well as sign off the same
- Work with business teams and help capture the business requirements and functional specifications
- SOW Management:
- Capturing the SOW document to VRM once engagement manager sends the approved and ready for VRM request filing
- Follow up with external vendors and update the SOW renewals where ever the needed
- Monthly resource forecasting:
- Update web forecast with the monthly resource forecast and PTO forecast for full-timers and managed US resources
- Software licenses:
- Follow up with vendors to track software licenses which are to be renewed.
- This role will play a critical role in supporting the 30 applications under the EBST organization.
- To ensure compliance with our SDLC standards and policies which includes ensuring all code changes going to production have corresponding artifacts approved in the SDLC tracker system and providing signoff on the code installation.
- This role will play a key importance in our project life cycle that acts as a front door to our project sponsors across the entire enterprise providing project sizing and commitment to our project sponsors and partners.
- It includes working with our application managers in capacity planning, approving project change requests, and managing the Jira intake workflow (agile Initiatives and Features), and reporting book of business to management.
- This role needs to pivot between agile and waterfall run efforts across the organization.
- This role also plays a role also supports application security planning, contract (SOW) and licenses renewals, forecasting and recovery (SOW), and resource reporting.
- Experience required- 8-12 years in contract management and SOW Management
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills
- Experience in supply chain management.
