About the Role

You will work as part of the Middle Office team to support Fixed Income Sales and Trading. You will interact closely with multiples business partners including the Market Risk, Credit Risk and Legal. Responsibilities

Lead the Sales team to meet quarterly sales goals and stay abreast of the shifting compliance landscape.
Manage a client portfolio by building new client relationships and proactively serving the changing needs of existing clients.
Develop strategic views of market conditions and potential investment opportunities.
Drive customer satisfaction by cultivating awareness of each client s needs and offering products to suit their goals.
Build trading tools and platform knowledge in your team through ongoing training.
