Job Description


  • Branch relationship officer is ON ROLLS of ICICI Bank.
  • Will be required to Generate Business for designated branch in the assigned geography.
  • Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank products - saving & current account, Providing different types of loans through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
  • Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality new acquisition on CASA for Resident/Non-Resident accounts, Demat, HSL, Credit cards and providing different types of loans through Referrals from cold calls in the catchment area.
  • Penetration of FD to existing and new customers.
  • Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
  • Meet productivity norms defined through the support of channels and own efforts.
  • Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.
  • Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow-ups.

  • Arts & Science graduates through regular/Non regular stream in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks alone may apply. (B.E, B.Tech, MBA Not eligible)
  • Age : Less than 26
  • Gender : Male/Female
  • Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply
