General Manager Contracts - Road Projects

Roles and Responsibilities

Finalization and signing of Contract Agreement with Client

Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document, time line of contractual obligations of Contractor and Clients and monitor its fulfillment.

Taking necessary clearances and Applicable Permits required for commencement of the Project.

Working on the opportunities of making claims and generating contemporary records required for substantiation of claim from Client.

Working on review of Work Programme to be submitted to client in line with planned resources required to carry out the defined scope of work as per contract and making sure that base line programme is reliable and can be used as base for any future claim.

Submission of Extension of Time (EOT) for the delays attributable to client and its substantiation. Submissions of claims arisen during the contract period and finalize it with client.
