Location - Hyderabad

Years of Experience required - 5+ years

Salary - 12 LPA LPA CTC (Maximum)

Job responsibility / Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing strategy and executing multi-channel online campaigns independently for ecommerce retail and lead-gen products
• Lead & manage team of campaign specialist responsible for executing strategy
• Sales forecasting, budget planning & execution
• Performance reporting and analysis, ensuring that the wider team is aware of performance trends
• Supporting and working closely with key internal stakeholders within and outside team helping with relevant research and giving strategic campaign suggestions
• Keep abreast of developments in Online industry and actively research, test and propose new ideas for improvement

• Requirement
• proven hands-on experience in e-commerce/retail environment and lead generation environment
• Experience in leading and managing team
• Ability to manage large scale media campaigns across multiple retail product-line/retail sku
• Experience in Google Analytics
• Ability to manage large scale media campaigns across multiple products
• Obsessed by driving marketing performance and ROI
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with working in a data-driven environment
• Managed significant marketing budgets and accountability for meeting revenue targets
• Good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently
