Manager- -MEP Design

Job Description

• Co-ordination with Design Center, Consultant & Architect for DBR, Schemes & Shop Drawing.
• Submission & Approvals of Shop Drawings. Preparation of Drawing Log Co-ordination with R.O. for Co-ordinated Layout/ Clash Detection
• Submissions & Approvals of Technical Data Sheets/ GA Drawings/ Samples etc.
• Preparation of Material Log.
• Scope Finalization (BOQ) as per Approved Drawings/Specifications & Quantity clearance for Procurement of Material Factory Inspection & Co-ordination with Suppliers/ Manufacturers for Directly procured items/ equipment.
• Co-ordination with Site Engineers/ Planning Engineer/ Billing Engineer for finalization of Extra Items/ Quantity Variation. Preparation of Final BOQ with Variaiton Qty & Extra Items.
• Co-ordination with Client for Approval of Extra Items & Quantities Co-ordination with Subcontractors & Site Engineers for finalization for Variations/ Extra Items from Subcontractors.
• Raising RFI, CVI with Client for Technical queries and technical clarification at site for Execution Co-ordination with Execution Team for Technical Clarifications/ Clash resolution related to Drawings.
• Co-ordination with Site Engineers for As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals & Commissioning Reports of SPCL Supplies items during Handing over Phase. Roles and Responsibilities
