Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

- Preparation of training material conduct training and awareness programs at site Preparation of Monthly progress Report of site.
- Review and evaluate the traffic management plan during the construction of the project in coordination with other team members and contractors.
- Daily site visits and Conduct SHE Inspection and propose, facilitate corrective or preventive actions (CAPA).
- Review Risk Assessment (HIRA), Method statement and support project team in identifying risk reduction measures.
- Site safety supervision; conduct Tool Box Talk meeting to insure all work to be carried out with full safety only.
- Inspect Scaffolds, Electrical equipments, Material handling equipments and Machineries. Ensure safe operation of equipment at site.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with clients and consultant.
- Implement and enforce company EHS policies and safety rules and regulations at site that reduce the risk of accidents.
- Conduct safety inspection of work areas to ensure safe working conditions.
- Monitor safety performance on site.
- Investigate incidents (accidents, near misses, emergencies) and submit full report to Company Safety Manager and other concerned managers.
- Provide safety talks to site supervisors, foremen and workers.
- Inspect companys equipment in coordination with supervisors/foremen on site to ensure safe working condition.
- Inspect company firefighting equipment (fire extinguishers, fire hose reels, etc.) on a regular basis.
- Ensure that sufficient barricades and warning signs are provided in areas where lifting, excavation operations is being done.
- Maintain safety records.
- Carry out emergency preparedness drills (fire, medical) on site.
- Be familiar with significant aspects, hazards, risks and safety/ environmental management programs.
- Monitoring & Issue Permit to Work.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E in Fire & Safety or B.E/ Advance Diploma/Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized institute.
- Graduation Any
- Minimum 3-5 Years work experience in Marine project
- Knowledgeable about firefighting equipments.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Knows Safety Standards, OHSE, Site Toolbox Talk, Safety Training, Safety Induction, and Work Permits & All required Documentation.
