Transition Manager - Delhi/ncr - Majorel India @ Arvato

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Handle end to end transitions / ramp of new or existing programs / site fit out / process movements etc.

Work as a single point of contact with the client and internal stakeholders to provide 360 degree view of implementation

Lead structured governance and key workstream discussions / meetings during the transition phase

Develop over-all transition project plan , checklists , Risk and issues log and other key documents required during the transition phase

Support with Bid Management and Solutioning Support with Pre sales research and creation of capability presentation decks

Desired Candidate Profile -

Graduate in any stream

Desired but not mandatory : PMP, Prince2 Practitioner , ITL V3

5 - 8 years of BPO experience

Min 3 years of experience doing end to end transition projects

Good communication skills

Flexible to work in any shift

Should have good command over Ms Project , Ms Visio , Excel , Microsoft PPT
