Job Description

URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR A REPUTED FOOD PACKAGING COMPANY IN KUWAIT.
Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in the relevant field
Qualification: B.Sc. /B. Tech in Food Technology
Age Criteria: Between 25 to 30 years
Responsible for monitoring or inspection of finished goods from till dispatch, assuring the production process as per GMP. Responsible for continuous improvement of product. Monitor the performance of the equipment and to ensure the safety of operations carried out with respect to the product quality. Report to their quality manager about any happening in production area.
Should have knowledge of ISO, food safety, GMP, GLP, HACCP and QMS. To assure the hygiene of manufacturing area suitable for production,. Raise Non conformities related to anything that can affect the product quality. Conduct inspections of production components before, during after production in accordance with the instructions of the inspection. Equipment calibration.
