qualification-diploma in mech / be tech in mech

Responsibility to Improve QMS in the organization.
2D Drawing and Bill Of Material (BOM) development.
Preparation of Spec Sheet and related documents, Internal Audit and Supplier Audit The overall Quality responsibility of the Bi-Metal contact rivets.
Manufacturing of small sheet metal product & Their Fabrication.
Preparation of PDIR, Product Layout & Drawing Ballooning.
Familiar with Change Management, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP, 7QC Tool, 5S.
Member of CFT & NPD for taking responsibility of Quality planning.
Handling Abnormality in Quality, Red bin Analysis & Root Cause analysis.
Worked according to 19 Points of Maruti/MACE Audit check sheet.
Knowledge of ISO:9001:2015, TS16949
Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016
