Responsible for maintaining Quality Records, during In Process, Final Inspection and Pre-Delivery.
Responsible for implementing the mistake proofing to avoid defect passing from process.
Preparing quality gates, one-point lesson and work instructions.
Responsible to maintain 5S.
Daily Rejection/Red bin analysis
Responsible for making master sample of products as per customer drawing and its validation as per plan.
Lay out Inspection.
Responsible for implementing the Counter actions against customer concern & monitoring the effectiveness of the counteraction.
Through knowledge of instruments & checking procedures.
Knowledge about Kaizen & Poke Yoke.
Responsible for PPAP documents as per the customer requirement.
Conduct internal process audit of production line on daily basis for continuous improvement in process and product.
To give trainings to visual inspectors & rework authorized Associates to upgrade skills
Responsible for PDI tracking of product and maintain the record of the defects with analysis and counter actions
Knowledge of core tools APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 7QC Tools, 4M change management, VSA (Vendor System Audit).
Maintaining records and effective implementation of quality system procedure for an IATF-16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 documentation
Knowledge of process audit & Product audit & System audit.
Knowledge of Preparing MACE activity documents.
Validation of cooling fixtures & Receiver gauges.
Uses of measuring instruments like Hardness tester, Colour reader, Radius gauge, Filler gauge
Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Try square, Surface plate, v Block, Std pins
