Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:Frequently monitor the social media universe & leverage trending topics to drive social engagement-creativity
Identify and create a community of influencers
Content writing for WEBSITES and BLOGS. Ability to write great engaging web copy in a real time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion and engagement
Use etiquette and ability to sell without selling online by delivering great content & engaging information
Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- determine what works, tweak and improve content, communications etc
Drive measurability of the impact of social media activities & Online reputation management initiatives and use it as an integral part of digital strategy
Requirements
Graduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature or MBA in Marketing
Someone who has written Content/Copy for web, print, video, social platforms
Ideally someone who has worked in a content environment & has content editorial experience
2+ years of experience in content writing, community management & social media marketing
Must have excellent written, interpersonal and analytical skills
Basic understanding of SEO and the use of appropriate keywords in content writing to improve search rankings
Ability to perform in a collaborative atmosphere as a Team player
Have a knack and love for writing, be enthusiastic, responsible, have an eye-for-detail.
Good to have
Experience of working in a digital agency
Knowledge of analytics tools, report creation
Good art and aesthetic sense, worked closely with graphic designers
Experience of writing/blogging on diverse topics
Salary: 35k INR/ Month including extras
