• Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile.

 Desired Candidate Profile

• * Candidates who are Freshers/Recent graduates/Candidates with relevant experience can apply
• *Possess good analytical skills - detail-oriented
• *Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
• *Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
• *Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
• Must have good English narrative skills.
• Any International Voice process background will be given high priority for Customer Support Calling.
