Job Description
Hiring Hiring SDET Engineer
Experience: 3-4+ years
CTC : 5LPA-7 LPA
Location: Mumbai
Location Boundary : Churchgate to Borivali / CST to Dombivli / Kurla to CST
SDET Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our
clients./ application scanners, elements of CI/CD pipeline, network security tools and other systems, as required.
- Investigate customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
- Create, review and execute feature test cases within the automation framework.
- Collaborate with developers and quality engineers to enhance regression coverage and maintain the automated regression suit.
- Create, enhance, and maintain testing utilities as needed.
- Create defects and keep the storyboard up to date.
- Establish and follow industry standard automation testing methodologies.
- Identify process improvements, conduct gap and root-cause analysis and make recommendations to peers and management.
- API testing using REST Assured/RestSharp or jMeter for API testing automation
SDET Job Requirements and Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+years of Java or Scala development as well as programmatic integration with relational database systems.
- Experience in test automation of web service APIs (REST).
- Experience in creating and socializing QA and Automation best practices.
- Experience working with cybersecurity, particularly management of vulnerabilities and remediation.
- Experience with Application Security such as knowledge or experience with application penetration testing, running static and dynamic analyses, etc.
- Strong time management skills - including ability to work well under pressure, plan, set priorities, adapt to change, and meet established timelines Nice-to haves
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
