Job Description

• Obtains all authorization as needed from payer for services ordered/requested in a timely manner
• Documents specific details related to the authorization including effective and end dates using the appropriate system and associated software application for patient notes, authorizations, tasks and workflow.
• Proactively manages and maintains all outstanding authorization accounts to increase billing of clean claims.
• Identify and report prior authorization issues relating to billing
• Research patient accounts due to invalid and/or missing authorization information and correspond with clients, insurance companies, patients, sales representatives to obtain the necessary information to ensure accurate, timely and complete claims submissions.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits of prospects/ referrals and determines rate requirements as it relates to in or out of network coverage when required.
• Document eligibility, benefit and authorization information in accordance with established guidelines.
• Performs daily activities of billing and auditing of accounts to ensure accurate claims submissions and to optimize reimbursement for patient treatment from clients, commercial/government payers and patients.
• Reviews and replies to stat and urgent requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned

• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS office; Particularly Excel & Outlook.
• Good in Computer typing. (Speed & Accuracy).
• 2 Ways Cab Facility
• Fresher are Eligible with Graduate or 10+2
