Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Zero incident in workplace, contractors area and also surrounding
2. Collecting data of the maintenance process on daily basis, Analysis and converting this in to information for improvement
3. Achiving Zero breakdown through implementing PM activities and eliminate repetitive failure by root cause analysis
4. Monitoring the performance indicators of maintenance process on daily basis
5. Eliminating losses and Controlling the maintenance cost and adherence to the Budget /Actual
6. Handling improvement project of Conversion with RTFT
7. Meauring COPQ on monthly basis and analysis to eliminate the same
8. Ensuring optimum spares and inventory control
9. Preparation of training material to workforce, implementing training, Evaluation for maintenance team
10. Support to NPT team for the New equipment inspection
11. Support to NPT team for New equipments installation and commissioning
12. Ensuring on line documentation of maintenance process to ensure process safety
13. Preparation of SOP, formats, Training Plan and training implementation
14. Compliation of deviation, Immediate correction, Root cause Analysis and Preventive action
15. Initiattion for MOC from maintenance process and ensuring closing in stipulated time frame.
16. Implimentation of suggestion /WESAP and improvements (Support from maintenance process)
