We have urgent opening as an Maintenance Engineer Mechanical / Chemical, at. Dombivali.
Organisation is into Manufacturer & Exporter of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Intermediates & Speciality Chemicals since since 1979.
Locations Dombivali.
Qualification - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Chemical
Experience 3 - 6 Years (Chemical/ Pharma Maintenance Plant with Experience in handling electrical & maintaining various equipment, utility & effluent plant as per guidelines)
Gender Male
Skills :-
Good verbal & Written Communication skills.
Highly proficient with scientific software.
Relevant knowledge of R&D in Pharma Company.
Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills.
Responsibility :-
- Responsible for building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical with Particular emphasis on maintaining environmental conditions in manufacturing and laboratory space.
- Responsible for assuring a clean, safe comfortable facility complaint with GMP & FDA regulations.
- Planning & undertaking scheduled maintenance, breakdown & repairing of equipment & machinery.
- Manage develop & directly supervise a team of skilled employees to assure adequate and timely maintenance and service is performed in a safe manner.
- Responsible for plant preventive maintenance and sustaining and adequate spare parts & assets inventory for all building equipment/ systems and production equipment as requested by Company / Management.
- Responsible for cost effectiveness of building care planning, specification, work scheduling and performance of all maintenance contract services.
- Responsible for Erection, Commissioning, Operation, repair & unkeep of the HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, elevators, air compressors, electrical switchgear, distribution panels, fire protection equipment, landscape irrigation system, Company vehicles and plant interior and exterior lighting systems.
- Responsible for the development & management department budget & control occupancy costs for services and materials.
