Job Description

Responsibilities: Organization of the production process at facilities, bell furnaces and sample annealing furnaces in accordance with the regulatory documentation requirements Organization of full loading of the areas equipment to ensure efficient use of production capacities Organization of the subordinate personnel work in accordance with approved production plans and schedules Organization of rational consumption of metal, materials, electricity and other utilities to ensure their efficient use Monitoring technological parameters of production, timely detection and prevention of defects to ensure high quality of products Quality analysis of manufactured products Organization of maintenance on the areas facilities and equipment in good condition Analysis of the results of production activities, summing up the results of work for the month, offering new solutions of tasks for the next period
