Head of Business Marketing

The person would be responsible for
Ownership of business marketing or revenue marketing for the company
Being pivot between marketing, sales, product, tech and CEO to drive the functional agenda
Must be a customer acquisition, conversion, and retention expert. Oversee planning and execution of customer acquisition, retention and conversion efforts, across all channels (social, email, automation, etc.).
Identify, develop, and implement cohesive messaging and branding for all LOBs and drive B2B marketing strategies
Develop the processes, strategies, and quality standards needed to execute and scale the production of world- class case studies, white papers, client stories, videos, and more.
Work with internal teams, agencies, product and Tech team to deliver perfect marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other tangible deliverables.
Define world- class quality standards for all marketing materials and ensure that all deliverables meet these standards.
Lead company participation in national and international events and conferences
Be in constant communication with team members to ensure relentless focus and execution.
Lead and strategize marketing for channels and tech alliance partners
ABM
Cross sell and upsell existing customers vide marketing approach
Manage the Digital Marketing program to contribute pipeline growth for various LOBs
Bring innovativeness in strategies and tactics
Lead activities to drive revenue for sales team and targets for Demand generation team
Be a pillar step in establishing the foundation for a high- performing marketing team to scale and enable organizations rapid growth.
Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to peers and stakeholders on strategy.
Build customer case studies and success stories to drive demand and enable Sales.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of Cloud or SaaS B2B marketing experience to including acquisition, conversion, retention, with traction of various industry and customer segments.
Minimum 3 years of experience owning pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS company.
Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing leadership roles and proven track record in recruiting, building, and leading world class marketing teams to include direct experience developing and executing marketing strategy.
A kickass storyteller and communicator with extremely strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
A knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
Adopt a get shit done mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.
Deep knowledge experience in the Software Industry, Cloud/ SaaS industry experience is a Plus
Experience creating enterprise case studies, white papers, and client stories is preferred.
Experience delivering marketing materials for B2B professional services is preferred.

Marketing Manager Marketing Communications
We are looking to expand our support for marketing department by hiring a dedicated role to manage all our Marketing Communications.

Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Manage the Creative and content agency to handle the ongoing demand of collaterals required for all product lines
Plan and execute on executive communication support including leader messaging and development, org and employee communications (e.g., all-hands/newsletters/events), internal and external presentation and content support
Build collaterals including presentations, datasheets, comparison sheets, edms, sales tools across LOBs and product lines
Create world- class case studies, white papers, client stories, videos, and more across all LOBs and product lines
Create articles and blogs covering all LOBs
Conducting market research, and overseeing market data analysis and evaluation
Create and execute Incentive schemes for partners and customer offers to generate and drive more demand in market

Requirements
Minimum Graduate from a reputed University
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Reporting to the GM Marketing
Manage owned, paid and earned media to help brands establish and grow their presence online
Run lead generation and brand awareness campaigns via platforms and channels such as website, chatbot, mobile app, organic, paid, social media, etc.
Orchestrate online marketing campaigns to drive business, reach new markets, and re-engage with existing & prospective customers.
Drive funnel eciencies of the leads generated from digital sourcing activities.
Manage search metrics that ensure overall brand visibility and manage on-page & o-page SEO activities.
Measure trac & page engagement metrics using Google Analytics.
Evaluate performance of outreach programs against goals & KPIs.
Set up a content marketing practice encompassing a multi-channel and multi-format approach used to engage and convert customers via digital channels
Email marketing for current customer base and prospects for continuous engagement and drive funnel growth

Conceptualize, plan and execute events and webinars from time to time
Create/participate and Manage events and webinars across Industries, Product lines, Partners
Existing Customers and Prospects
Create education and awareness amongst existing customers and prospects
Evaluate Industry event calendars and participation to get visibility, mindshare and demand for all LOBs to reach the Target audience.
Create content / Presentations required for the event/webinar
Work closely with partners and tech alliances to create joint webinars for generating demand
Develop and maintain accurate project plans for each meeting/ event identifying the set of events to participate in collaboration with sales, delivery & K&I Perform various budgetary tasks relating to events including budget forecasting, overseeing payments according to vendor contracts, closing out event budgets
Research, create and execute a weekly and monthly calendar for webinars as per Industry norms and standards
Coordinate with other marketing team including Marcom for asset creation and Digital to publish events on various social platforms
