job profile-Procurement of brought out items.
Handling existing & new vendors.
Raising new Purchase Orders to vendor & follow-ups the same.
Coordinate in dispatch of material from vendor & inspection.
Preparing & maintaining all shortages of mechanical & electrical items.
Preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting to seniors.
Collecting new quotations from existing vendors & new vendors.
Develop new vendor for new developed components.
Prepare Materials Indent, Purchase Order, Checking all Invoice & Challan.
Negotiating with suppliers for quality, cost, & deliveries.
Compare and negotiate the prices of materials.
Processing purchase requisitions, Commercial department day to day co-ordination
with plant, raw material availability, production planning.
Procurement of raw material, follow up with vendors for timely deliver.
Ensuring right material is received as per procurement and planning.
Developing New Venders as per new development.
Maintain the suppliers quotation records.
Keep a track record of order placed, and follow up for the material up to reach to
the site in time.
Checking the bills as per order placed and forward for approval.
Negotiating the terms of credit with vendors as well as the cost of material required
and Preparing purchase orders, payment schedules etc. so as ensure smooth flow
of inventory.
Prepared the daily Report of Inventory & Purchases.
Maintain the stock ledger or raw material/finish goods Computerized.
Keeping constant check on the perpetual inventory being and trying maximum
possible to keep the short to minimum.
Manage & maintain all records.
Keep track records of Purchase Orders.
Maintaining & keep P.O. in ERP.
Coordination between Planning & Production.
Handling all rejections & warranties of components.
