Job Description

We are urgently lookingfor CA profession who have minimum 4 years experience post CA.

Mandatory: Candidate worked with Shipping of freight industry only apply.

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Role Brief Deputy to CFO for managing all finance and accounts related work. Including but not limited to and statutory compliances (direct tax and GST), assistance in periodic financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), internal audit, board presentations and assistance in ad hoc work as required by the senior management
Technical skills required Understanding of Financial Statements, experience in internal audits, brief knowledge of direct and indirect tax, Financial Analysis, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and IT proficiency required for gaining understanding of ERP / Accounting systems of the Company
Professional skills and qualities required - report preparation (in power point / word / excel) for quarterly reporting, board meetings or for assistance in decision making, structured and data driven mind-set, time management and prioritisation skills, sense of urgency and persistence. Knowledge of Gujarati language would be an advantage but its not necessary.
